***All Season Passes are valid for general admission to Sequoia Springs on public operating days.They are not valid for private parties or special events. In-park attractions may have additional fees. Season Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale. USE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PASSHOLDER WHOSE PHOTO/CONTACT INFORMATION IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SEASON PASS WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION AND/OR REVOCATION OF THE PASS WITHOUT REFUND. We reserve the right to deny admission and cancel a season pass if bearer violates park safety or security.***

Regular Cabana Rental (#1-9)

- All day access from 11am-6pm
- Sectional Couch Seating for up to 8 Guests (ages 3+) with small coffee table
- A Cabana Server to take your orders and keep a Tab (Standard Menu Prices Apply)
- Ceiling Fan

***Admission fee is required and is not included in cabana rental fee. Birthday Parties can not be booked in these cabanas. All Parties must be booked in a Deluxe Cabana, the Lodge, or a Party Room. Balloons, Cake/Cupcakes, and decorations are not allowed. ***
Deluxe Cabana Rentals (A, B, C)
Weekdays: $85 Weekends: $140
Cabana Rental includes:
- All day access from 11am-6pm
- Sectional Couch Seating for up to 8 Guests (ages 3+) with small coffee table
- Picnic table seating for 6-8 people
- A Cabana Server to take your orders and keep a Tab (Standard Menu Prices Apply)
- Ceiling Fan

Sequoia Springs is wheelchair accessible
The Splash Pad and all Ground Features are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers, and all other medical equipment are permitted on the Splash Pad.
However, the Structure is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the wet surfaces, wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers, and all other supporting equipment does not provide adequate support and are NOT permitted on the Structure.
Management reserves the right to deny admission based on attire, inappropriate use of language, hostile demeanor, and/or refusal to follow the safety rules and regulations of The Park and the Sequoia Springs Structure.
Rules & Regulations
TERMS FOR ALL PARTY PACKAGES:
All Party Package have a 10-Guest Minimum requirement. Not all Guests attending the party are required to be included on the package. A deposit is required at time of reservation and is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Outside food, drink, or ice chests are not permitted with the exception of birthday cake, cupcakes, or ice cream.
DECORATIONS:
If you would like to bring additional decorations to accommodate a theme, you are more than welcome to however, we do not permit the use of confetti, silly string, stickers, or glitter in the Party Rooms or Lodge. If you would like to hang items on the walls, you must request special tape that can be used in the rooms. No other adhesives, nails, push pins, etc. are permitted to be used on the wall in the Party Rooms or Lodge. If anything is put on the walls using anything other than our provided tape, the party will be responsible for any cost to repair any holes or damage to the wall or wall wrapping.
An excessive cleaning fee may be applied to your bill at The Park discretion upon use.
PAY BY CASH & SAVE:
Please note– At The Park we do what is called Dual Pricing. All of our prices listed, advertised, and quoted include a 3% cash discount incentive. This means all the above prices assume payment will be paid via cash, therefore have the cash discounted price included. For transactions made by credit or debit card, the cash discount will not be applied. In such cases, a non-cash discount adjustment of 3% will be reflected in the pricing of each item on the final bill.
